Biography

Born in January 7th, Vénicia Guinot, is a twice award-nominated MultiMediaJournalist and Publisher ofTropics Magazine, the first bi-lingual (English/French) online magazine which serves a world-wide community of readers. She has recently joined the Ventures Africa magazine’s team, and published her first cookbook ‘Breakfast & brunch Extraordinaire,’ a cook that will generate moneyfor toddlers and children born with or infected by the virus of HIV/Aids in South Africa.

At Tropics Magazine, Vénicia Guinot has met and interviewed global leaders, produced MultiMedia features, and has written about many uprising talents, young entrepreneurs and the rise of Africa. She currently serves as the International Correspondent for many magazines, publications such as AMINA Magazine(France), LE POTENTIEL Magazine (France), FOLK Magazine (Norway), CUISINE NOIR Magazine (USA), to name but a few.

Based in South Africa, Vénicia Guinot‘s work has been seen worldwide, serving the English speaking and the French speaking community at the same time because❝Information should be free to everyone regardless of your skin color, where you come from or what your values are.❞ As Frank Smith once wrote: ❝One language sets you in a corridor for life.
